Simon HartiganSimon is one of the owners of Paradise Fresh Dubbo. He is a qualified chef, he has spent the last 10 years working for a large catering company in Tamworth. Simon has extensive experience with the preparation and use of many fruits and vegetables. Growing up on a broadacre farm gave him a solid appreciation for the efforts involved in producing quality produce and reinforces his commitment to promoting and sourcing as much local fresh produce as possible.

Clare BrooksClare is the other owner of the Paradise Fresh Produce Dubbo. Clare looks after the orders that you submit on our website. She ensures that all orders are packed and delivered fresh on time. Clare also looks after the administration of the company - being the highly rated organiser that she is! Prior to starting with Paradise Fresh, Clare has worked in sales, recruitment as well as project management. Clare has a degree in Business and her appreciation of quality produce took centre stage during the time when she assisted Simon in his catering projects throughout NSW. |
