This web site and content is owned by Paradise Fresh (ABN 97 804 603 620), so please read this agreement carefully prior to placing an order with us.  By accessing our site and completing a customer application form for any or all of our products and/or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not wish to be bound to these terms and conditions, you should not use this website.

Paradise Fresh will endeavor to ensure customer satisfaction and will at all times comply with the applicable law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paradise Fresh disclaims all representations and warranties, expressed or implied.

By accessing our website, you acknowledge and agree that Paradise Fresh will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through our website.

Prices of our products and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Paradise Fresh website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

Paradise Fresh will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our products and services, descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

While Paradise Fresh will abide by the applicable law in relation to the supply of its products, no exchange or refund will be accepted if you change your mind.

At Paradise Fresh, we believe our products and services are of the highest quality. We hope you agree after receiving one of our bouquets. There is no money back guarantee. However, we care about our customers and will deal with each situation individually as they arise. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact one of our staff on 6882 5773.

Sales and Delivery

Payment by credit card must be made with Paradise Fresh at the time of placing the order through this website, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.  Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Paradise Fresh is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will contact you for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer and for payment details.

Paradise Fresh reserves the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 6882 5773. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery of all Paradise Fresh products. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, however, all times specified are estimates only.

Paradise Fresh will deliver to your specified addresses between 9am and 5pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Paradise Fresh if an order does not arrive.  We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Paradise Fresh will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

When you provide your home delivery information, please leave detailed instructions so that Paradise Fresh orders can be delivered safely, especially if you will not be home. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave orders when no-one is home, they will be returned to Paradise Fresh and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery on the same day as the original delivery date may incur an additional fee. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.

Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Delivery Schedule

Dubbo Customers - Same day delivery for order placed before 11am otherwise next day delivery Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Bread orders need to be placed by 9pm the previous night of delivery Sunday to Thursday.

Return / Refund Policy

At Paradise Fresh, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us within 7 days of receipt of product for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at info@paradisefresh.com.au. Please make sure to include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Important: Our customer service department will respond to your email and send you a confirmation message and instructions for your return shipment. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of request, or if you have any questions regarding a return, please call Paradise Fresh on 6882 5773.

Terms and Conditions of Product Returns:

  • Items must not be damaged in any way
  • Refund is credited when all items are received by Paradise Fresh
  • Refund is amount is less shipping and handling charges
  • Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for directions on returning the defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
  • All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
